The Year of the Mouse! Disney’s 2015 Release Schedule.

Walt Disney Company have a great year of cinematic releases ahead of them for 2015 with Marvel, Pixar and Lucasfilm each releasing two movies. Disney themselves have a line up of five movie releases including two live action reboots of classic animations.

Here is the current full schedule of movie releases. (Check IMDB links for additional information!)

23rd January (USA) and 11th February (UK) – Strange Magic
20th February (USA) – McFarland, USA
13th March (USA) and 27th March (UK) – Cinderella
17th April (USA) – Monkey Kingdom
1st May (USA) and 24th April (UK) – Avengers: Age of Ultron
22nd May (USA and UK) – Tomorrowland.
19th June (USA) and 24th July (UK) – Pixar’s Inside Out
17th July (USA and UK) – Antman
9th October (USA and 16th October (UK) – The Jungle Book
16th October (USA) and 9th October (UK) – Stephen Spielberg’s Untitled Cold War Spy Thriller
25th November (USA) and 27th November (UK) – The Good Dinosaur
18th December (USA and UK) – Star Wars: Episode VII. The Force Awakens.

So it looks like Disney are in for a pretty good year as they continue to branch out after the purchases of Pixar and Marvel then the latest being Lucasfilms back in 2013.

Thus this year being dubbed ‘The Year of the Mouse’, does it mean we’re in for a treat with some great movies? Keep us posted with your thoughts!
