Waterstone’s Book Signings for December!

December! A new month which means a whole new list of Waterstones book signings! So keep reading and I’m sure we’ll have something to interest you all especially with those who live in or can get to London! Maybe you’ll grab some Christmas present ideas here too!


Monday 1st December.

“That Glimpse of Truth’: A celebration of the short story with… David Miller, Sarah Churchwell, Victoria Hislop.

David Miller’s ‘That Glimpse of Truth’ collects one hundred of the finest short stories ever written, from childhood classics and neglected treasures, to jewels penned by Booker Prize winners and Nobel Laureates. Join David alongside Victoria Hislop and Sarah Churchwell while they discuss the art of this versatile literary form and share some of their favourites. Wine and other delights provided.

This Thursday’s story time will the classic The Snowman by Raymond Briggs! Kiddies can also make their own little snowmen Christmas tree ornaments – go and join in!


Friday 5th December

Meet Russell Brand
Revolution and Russell Brand’s Trickster Tales

The comedian, actor and author will be signing copies of Revolution and The Pied Piper of Hamelin. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment. Access to the queue will be on a first come first served basis. Russell Brand will sign copies of Revolution and The Pied Piper of Hamelin only. No merchandise or memorabilia will be signed. There will be no opportunity for posed photography. The duration of signing is discretionary.


Saturday 6th December

Meet David Walliams
