John Green’s Paper Towns Gets a 2015 Release Date

After the huge success of John Green’s The Fault in Our Stars this year, Paper Towns looks to get a release date of 31st July 2015. The Fault in Our Stars was adapted into one of the most successful movies of 2014, with a budget of just $12 million, the movie brought in over $250 million at the worldwide box office.

Since the success of The Fault in Our Stars both Paper Towns and Looking for Alaska have both been set to be adapted with Sarah Polley announced to write and direct Looking for Alaska.

The book to movie adaption of Paper Towns was announced in March 2014 and will bring back The Fault in Our Stars screen writers Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, and produced Wyck Godfrey. The movie will also see the return of Nat Wolff who played Isacc in The Fault in Our Stars as Quentin.

I can’t wait for everybody to see Scott and Mike’s script, and to see Nat as Q. Nat is such an extraordinary actor and I can’t wait to hang out with him again. Maybe we’ll get the whole band back together! – John Green
